Sautéed Zucchini, Squash, And Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Method
- 1 Peel and chop the onion. Cut the yellow squash, zucchini, and red pepper into small pieces.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute, stirring quickly.
- 3 Add black pepper, basil, and oregano; stir a few times. Add remaining vegetables and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
