Sautéed Kale With Cranberries And Orange

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 6 cups chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2 Add oil and onion to a large skillet. Stir and sauté over medium-high heat until onion is clear.
  3. 3 Add cranberries and garlic. Continue to sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. 4 Add kale. Pour or squeeze orange juice over the top of the kale.
  5. 5 Stir fry for about 5 minutes until kale is wilting and hot. Serve immediately.
