Sautéed Crab And Tomato Toast
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- Toast for serving
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sweet pepper, and onion; sauté until softened.
- 2 Stir in tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Add the cooked crab meat and reheat gently. Serve immediately over toast.
