Sautéed Cabbage With Caraway And Onion
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 1/2 cups sliced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Method
- 1 Heat vegetable oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- 2 Sauté sliced onion until light brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 3 Add sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds.
- 4 Stir and cook for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
