Sardine Toast With Pimentos And Parsley
Ingredients
- 1 large can sardines
- 4 oblong slices bread
- Butter, for spreading
- 1 tbsp finely minced pimentos
- 1 tsp finely minced onion
- 1 tsp finely minced parsley
- Sliced ham, for serving
Method
- 1 Open the can of sardines and drain them on a plate.
- 2 Cut and toast oblong pieces of bread for each person.
- 3 Spread the toast with butter.
- 4 Lay two sardines on each piece of toast.
- 5 Sprinkle with minced pimentos, onion, and parsley.
- 6 Serve with a wedge-shaped section of sliced ham.
