Sardine Stuffed Hard Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 small box sardines
- 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6 hard-boiled egg whites
- Watercress for garnish
Method
- 1 Skin and bone the sardines, then chop them finely.
- 2 Chop the hard-boiled egg yolks and parsley.
- 3 Rub the sardines, yolks, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper together into a smooth paste.
- 4 Fill the cavities of the hard-boiled egg whites with the sardine mixture.
- 5 Garnish with watercress and serve cold.
