  • 1 small box sardines
  • 6 hard-boiled egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 hard-boiled egg whites
  • Watercress for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Skin and bone the sardines, then chop them finely.
  2. 2 Chop the hard-boiled egg yolks and parsley.
  3. 3 Rub the sardines, yolks, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper together into a smooth paste.
  4. 4 Fill the cavities of the hard-boiled egg whites with the sardine mixture.
  5. 5 Garnish with watercress and serve cold.
