Sardine Egg Salad With Green Pepper
Ingredients
- 1 can sardines, drained
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 6 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Bread slices
Method
- 1 Drain sardines, remove skin and bones, and mash finely.
- 2 Chop eggs, green pepper, and onion finely.
- 3 Mix sardines, vegetables, salad dressing, salt, and paprika into a paste.
- 4 Spread mixture between bread slices and cut into pieces.
