Sardine And Egg Salad
Ingredients
- sardines (canned, drained)
- lemon juice
- lettuce leaves
- hard-boiled eggs
- French or mayonnaise dressing
Method
- 1 Drain sardines on paper towels to remove excess oil. Remove skin and bones, then squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
- 2 Arrange the sardines on a bed of crisp or shredded lettuce leaves.
- 3 Drizzle with French or mayonnaise dressing and garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
