Salt Pork And Egg Omelet
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold fried salt pork, diced
- 3 tablespoons sweet milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method
- 1 Place diced salt pork and milk in a pan on the stove to simmer.
- 2 Beat eggs and salt together until just blended.
- 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over heat.
- 4 Pour in eggs, shaking pan vigorously until set.
