Salsa Pinto Beans
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
Method
- 1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2 Add onion and garlic; cook until tender.
- 3 Stir in beans and salsa.
- 4 Cook for 10 minutes.
- 5 Serve over rice, pasta, or baked potato.
