Salsa Cream Dip With Veggie Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into 3-inch sticks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 3-inch sticks
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded jalapeño chiles
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2 Arrange carrot, celery, and bell pepper sticks on a platter.
