Salsa Cream Dip With Veggie Sticks
Ingredients
- 2 carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 1 celery stalk, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded jalapeño chiles
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 Arrange carrot, celery, and bell pepper sticks on a platter.
- 3 In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and salt to make the salsa.
- 4 In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and the prepared fresh salsa.
- 5 Serve the vegetable sticks with the salsa dip.
