Salmon Salad With Tomatoes, Pickles And Capers

  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3-4 small cucumber pickles, minced
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chopped pickles
  • Capers
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1 Open the can of salmon, drain, and break into large pieces. Remove any bones, skin, and fat.
  2. 2 Slice the tomatoes and finely mince the cucumber pickles. Mix the tomatoes with the minced pickles.
  3. 3 Arrange the salmon on a plate. Surround it with the tomato and pickle mixture, placing a little on top.
  4. 4 Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise with chopped pickles and capers. Pour over the salad.
