Salmon Salad With Tomatoes, Pickles And Capers
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 3-4 small cucumber pickles, minced
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped pickles
- Capers
- Lettuce leaves
- Fresh parsley
Method
- 1 Open the can of salmon, drain, and break into large pieces. Remove any bones, skin, and fat.
- 2 Slice the tomatoes and finely mince the cucumber pickles. Mix the tomatoes with the minced pickles.
- 3 Arrange the salmon on a plate. Surround it with the tomato and pickle mixture, placing a little on top.
- 4 Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise with chopped pickles and capers. Pour over the salad.
- 5 Garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh parsley before serving.
