Salmon Salad With Peppers And Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 2 green peppers, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- Lettuce leaves
- Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Mayonnaise dressing
Method
- 1 Open the can of salmon, drain it, and remove the bones.
- 2 Chop the green peppers and onion fine, then mix them with the salmon.
- 3 Shred the coarse outer lettuce leaves and line a bowl with them to create a nest.
- 4 Place the salmon mixture into the lettuce nest.
- 5 Serve with sliced hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise dressing.
