Salmon Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
  • 1 onion, grated
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • ½ cup salad dressing
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Bread slices
  • Lettuce leaves

Method

  1. 1 Drain the salmon, removing skin and bones. Place in a bowl.
  2. 2 Add grated onion, parsley, salad dressing, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. 3 Place a lettuce leaf on bread slices and spread the salmon filling on top.
  4. 4 Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut into triangles.
