Salmon Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
- 1 onion, grated
- ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
- ½ cup salad dressing
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Bread slices
- Lettuce leaves
Method
- 1 Drain the salmon, removing skin and bones. Place in a bowl.
- 2 Add grated onion, parsley, salad dressing, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- 3 Place a lettuce leaf on bread slices and spread the salmon filling on top.
- 4 Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut into triangles.
