  • 1 ½ cups milk and cream mixture
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • cooked salmon
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs

Method

  1. 1 Toast bread slices and butter them.
  2. 2 Heat 1 ½ cups milk and cream mixture to a boil.
  3. 3 Mix 2 tbsp flour with 3 tbsp butter, then stir into the hot milk mixture to create a sauce.
  4. 4 Warm the salmon in a colander over the stove.
  5. 5 Place salmon on the toast, pour the cream sauce over it, and garnish with grated egg yolks and sliced egg whites.
