Salmon And Egg Cheese Sauce Toast
Ingredients

- butter
- 1 ½ cups milk and cream mixture
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- cooked salmon
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
Method
- 1 Toast bread slices and butter them.
- 2 Heat 1 ½ cups milk and cream mixture to a boil.
- 3 Mix 2 tbsp flour with 3 tbsp butter, then stir into the hot milk mixture to create a sauce.
- 4 Warm the salmon in a colander over the stove.
- 5 Place salmon on the toast, pour the cream sauce over it, and garnish with grated egg yolks and sliced egg whites.
