Salmon And Cress Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 38 slices whole wheat or brown bread
- Butter for spreading
- Chopped cress or shredded celery
- Mayonnaise
Method
- 1 Flake the salmon and mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 2 Butter the bread slices.
- 3 Layer salmon, cress or celery, and mayonnaise between bread slices.
- 4 Press together, trim crusts, and cut into triangles.
