Saffron Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups cow's milk
- Pinch of saffron
- Salt to taste
Method
- 1 Rinse the rice thoroughly.
- 2 Combine rice and milk in a pot.
- 3 Bring to a boil and simmer until the rice is tender.
- 4 Add a small pinch of saffron for color and salt to taste.
