Saffron Goat Milk Egg Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup goat milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Saffron threads
- 2 eggs, whole (optional)
Method
- 1 Mix flour with water to form a dough. Shape into a pie crust or hat-like lid and bake briefly to set the structure.
- 2 Whisk goat milk with beaten eggs and saffron until combined.
- 3 Pour the milk mixture into the prepared crust. Optionally crack whole eggs on top.
- 4 Bake at 350°F until the custard is set and eggs are cooked through.
