  • 2 crabs, boiled in water and salt
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Butter, beaten
  • Vinegar

Method

  1. 1 Boil crabs in salted water, then steep them in a mixture of oil and vinegar.
  2. 2 Place crabs on a gridiron over a soft fire of embers. Baste them with rosemary branches while broiling.
