Rosemary Broiled Crabs With Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 crabs, boiled in water and salt
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Butter, beaten
- Vinegar
Method
- 1 Boil crabs in salted water, then steep them in a mixture of oil and vinegar.
- 2 Place crabs on a gridiron over a soft fire of embers. Baste them with rosemary branches while broiling.
- 3 Serve immediately with a sauce made from the boiling liquid, oil, vinegar, beaten butter, and the used rosemary branches.
