  • 3/4 lb fine flour
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp rose water

Method

  1. 1 Sift the flour and powdered sugar together three times.
  2. 2 Add the beaten eggs and rose water to the dry ingredients.
  3. 3 Mix until combined, then bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until set.
