Rose Water Biscuits
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb fine flour
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp rose water
Method
- 1 Sift the flour and powdered sugar together three times.
- 2 Add the beaten eggs and rose water to the dry ingredients.
- 3 Mix until combined, then bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until set.
