Rose Water Barberry Preserves
Ingredients
- 1 oz barberries
- 3 oz sugar
- 0.5 oz barberry pulp
- 1 oz rose water
Method
- 1 Pick stones from barberries and weigh them.
- 2 Dissolve sugar in rose water with barberry pulp, then boil to a syrup.
- 3 Add barberries to the syrup and boil for 15 minutes.
- 4 Remove from heat, let cool, and jar for storage.
