Rose Water Barberry Preserves

Ingredients

  • 1 oz barberries
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 0.5 oz barberry pulp
  • 1 oz rose water

Method

  1. 1 Pick stones from barberries and weigh them.
  2. 2 Dissolve sugar in rose water with barberry pulp, then boil to a syrup.
  3. 3 Add barberries to the syrup and boil for 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove from heat, let cool, and jar for storage.
