Rose Water Almond Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 lb blanched almonds
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • Loaf sugar to taste
  • A few drops rose water

Method

  1. 1 Roll the blanched almonds fine using a bottle.
  2. 2 Mix the ground almonds with a few drops of rose water.
  3. 3 Stir the almond mixture into the quart of cream.
  4. 4 Sweeten with loaf sugar and place the pot over the fire.
  5. 5 Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
