Rose Water Almond Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 lb blanched almonds
- 1 quart heavy cream
- Loaf sugar to taste
- A few drops rose water
Method
- 1 Roll the blanched almonds fine using a bottle.
- 2 Mix the ground almonds with a few drops of rose water.
- 3 Stir the almond mixture into the quart of cream.
- 4 Sweeten with loaf sugar and place the pot over the fire.
- 5 Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
