Rose Water Almond Cream
Ingredients
- 8 oz almond paste
- 1 qt heavy cream
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Beat almond paste with rose water until smooth. Strain into a skillet with the cream and cinnamon stick.
- 2 Boil the mixture over medium heat, stirring continually until it thickens.
- 3 Remove from heat, stir in sugar to taste, and serve cold.
