Roquefort Cheese Stuffed Celery
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tbsp sherry (or lemon juice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 12 celery sticks
Method
- 1 In a bowl, mash the Roquefort cheese and butter together until well combined.
- 2 Stir in the sherry, salt, pepper, celery salt, and paprika until smooth.
- 3 Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the troughs of the celery sticks.
