Romaine Greek Salad With Feta
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce head, torn into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta cheese in a large serving bowl.
- 3 Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
- 4 Pour dressing over the lettuce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- 5 Serve immediately.
