Roasted Veal Loin With Herb Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 loin of veal
- butter for basting
- vinegar
- sage leaves
- rosemary
- thyme
Method
- 1 Roast the veal, basting frequently with butter.
- 2 Place a dish under the veal containing vinegar, sage, rosemary, and thyme to catch the dripping gravy.
- 3 Once the veal is roasted, remove it and boil the herbs and gravy in the dish once or twice.
- 4 Serve the veal with the herb gravy underneath.
