Roasted Veal Cutlets With Orange Gravy
Ingredients
- veal steaks, sliced thin
- salt
- black pepper
- fresh sweet herbs
- melted butter
- gravy
- Seville orange juice
Method
- 1 Slice veal steaks thinly. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped sweet herbs.
- 2 Brush the cutlets with melted butter, then wrap each in buttered parchment paper.
- 3 Roast or bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until cooked through.
- 4 Remove the paper and serve immediately with gravy and fresh Seville orange juice.
