Roasted Sage Pork Tenderloin With Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Salt
- Pepper
- Powdered sage
- 6 sweet potatoes, parboiled, peeled, and halved
- Sugar
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Wipe pork tenderloins and place in a roasting pan.
- 2 Season with salt, pepper, and powdered sage. Brown quickly in the hot oven.
- 3 Bake for 45 minutes, basting 3-4 times.
- 4 Add parboiled, peeled, halved sweet potatoes sprinkled with sugar to the pan.
- 5 Cook until potatoes are soft, basting with pan juices as needed.
