Roasted Root Vegetables With Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 medium root vegetables (potatoes, rutabagas, turnips, parsnips, beets, sweet potatoes, etc.)
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 Cut root vegetables, carrot, and onion into large chunks.
