  • flour
  • pepper
  • salt
  • butter
  • ½ cup walnut catsup
  • fried apples

Method

  1. 1 Place pork loin in a hot oven (425°F) without water. Sprinkle with flour, pepper, and salt.
  2. 2 Baste with butter and cook for 2-3 hours, or until very brown.
  3. 3 Pour in ½ cup walnut catsup to make gravy. Serve with fried apples.
