Roasted Pork Loin With Walnut Gravy And Fried Apples
Ingredients
- 1 loin of pork
- flour
- pepper
- salt
- butter
- ½ cup walnut catsup
- fried apples
Method
- 1 Place pork loin in a hot oven (425°F) without water. Sprinkle with flour, pepper, and salt.
- 2 Baste with butter and cook for 2-3 hours, or until very brown.
- 3 Pour in ½ cup walnut catsup to make gravy. Serve with fried apples.
