  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 1/2 lb chicken, cut into pieces, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • pepper

Method

  2. 2 Place sliced potatoes, carrots, and quartered onion in a large roasting pan.
