Roasted Chateau Potatoes With Parsley
Ingredients
- 20 potatoes
- Salt
- Butter or dripping
- Chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Peel potatoes and carve them into oval shapes using a knife.
- 2 Boil the potatoes in salted water for five minutes, then drain well.
- 3 Place potatoes on a baking sheet with salt and butter or dripping.
- 4 Roast in a very hot oven (425°F) for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 5 Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
