Roasted Cauliflower With Parmesan

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Remove outer leaves and cut florets off the stem. Wash and drain well.
  2. 2 Combine olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower florets to coat evenly.
  3. 3 Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  4. 4 Roast at 450°F for 15-20 minutes until florets soften and begin to brown.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
