Roasted Cauliflower With Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Remove outer leaves and cut florets off the stem. Wash and drain well.
- 2 Combine olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower florets to coat evenly.
- 3 Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- 4 Roast at 450°F for 15-20 minutes until florets soften and begin to brown.
- 5 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
