Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Lemon

  • 6 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cutting large ones in half and leaving small ones whole.
  2. 2 Toss sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and browned. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
