Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Lemon
Ingredients
- 6 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cutting large ones in half and leaving small ones whole.
- 2 Toss sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 3 Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and browned. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
