Roasted Bell Peppers With Italian Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash bell peppers, remove tops and seeds, then cut in half.
- 2 Rub pepper halves with vegetable oil. Place cut side up on a rimmed baking sheet.
- 3 Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4 Roast for 30 to 35 minutes until tender and blistered in spots.
