Method

  1. 1 Prepare stuffing by combining bread, butter, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and onions. Use minimal butter as geese are naturally fatty.
  2. 2 Wash the goose in salt water, wipe dry, and rub the inside cavity with salt and pepper. Stuff the cavity with the prepared mixture.
