Roast Beef Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- leftover roast beef, diced
- salt and pepper
- lettuce leaves
- French dressing
- 2-3 tbsp tomato catsup
- chopped celery or crisp cabbage (optional, for winter)
Method
- 1 Dice the leftover roast beef and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Arrange the meat on a bed of lettuce leaves, or mix with chopped celery or crisp cabbage.
- 3 Toss or baste the salad with French dressing seasoned with tomato catsup.
