Roast Beef Salad With French Dressing

Ingredients

• leftover roast beef, diced
• salt and pepper
• lettuce leaves
• French dressing
• 2-3 tbsp tomato catsup
• chopped celery or crisp cabbage (optional, for winter)

Method

1. 1 Dice the leftover roast beef and season with salt and pepper.
2. 2 Arrange the meat on a bed of lettuce leaves, or mix with chopped celery or crisp cabbage.
3. 3 Toss or baste the salad with French dressing seasoned with tomato catsup.
