Rich Egg Yolk Omelet With Water
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (2 whole, 2 yolks)
- 3 tablespoons water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Beat 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks until a full spoonful can be lifted.
- 2 Mix in 3 tablespoons water, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a dash of pepper.
- 3 Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a hot omelet pan.
- 4 Pour in egg mixture, lift edges to let uncooked egg run underneath.
- 5 Cook until set, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
