Rich Chocolate Milk With Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 3 ounces chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup scalded cream
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Method
- 1 Place the finely chopped chocolate and water in a saucepan.
- 2 Stir constantly and bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
- 3 Add the scalded cream and bring back to a boiling point.
- 4 Serve immediately, topping each cup with whipped cream if desired.
