Riced Potatoes With Buttered Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- hot boiled potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- breadcrumbs
- melted butter
Method
- 1 Sprinkle hot boiled potatoes with salt and pepper.
- 2 Press the potatoes through a colander or ricer into a buttered baking dish.
- 3 Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour melted butter over the top.
- 4 Brown in a moderate oven (350°F) for a few minutes and serve.
