Rice Pudding With Nutmeg
Ingredients
- ¾ cup rice
- water
- milk
- 1 egg
- flour
- sugar
- nutmeg
Method
- 1 Boil rice in water until half cooked, then evaporate all water.
- 2 Add milk to the rice and bring to a simmer.
- 3 Beat an egg with flour and stir into the mixture.
- 4 Boil for a few minutes, then season with sugar and nutmeg.
