Rice Pudding With Fruit
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fruit
Method
- 1 Cook rice with milk in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
- 2 Add corn syrup, vanilla, salt, egg, and fruit; cook for 10 minutes.
- 3 Chill and serve.
