Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fruit

Method

  1. 1 Cook rice with milk in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Add corn syrup, vanilla, salt, egg, and fruit; cook for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Chill and serve.
