Remsen Scotch Whiskey Lemon Cooler

Ingredients

• 1 lemon, peeled
• 2-3 ice cubes
• ¼ cup Remsen Scotch Whiskey
• Club soda, to fill

Method

1. 1 Peel the lemon, keeping the rind in long strips.
2. 2 Place the lemon peel and ice cubes into a medium fizz glass.
3. 3 Pour in the whiskey.
4. 4 Fill the rest of the glass with club soda.
5. 5 Stir slowly with a spoon and serve.
