Rehydrated Ground Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried corn (ground in food chopper)
- 2 cups hot milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Pour 2 cups of hot milk over 1 cup of dried corn (ground in a food chopper) and let stand for about an hour.
- 2 Stir in 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt to taste.
- 3 Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
