Red Wine Shaved Ice Punch
Ingredients
- Shaved ice
- 4 dashes gum syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 2 jiggers claret (red wine)
- Apollinaris or seltzer water
- Fruit for garnish
Method
- 1 Fill a large bar glass three-quarters full with shaved ice.
- 2 Add gum syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and claret to the glass.
- 3 Shake the mixture vigorously, then strain into a tall, thin glass.
- 4 Top with Apollinaris or seltzer water, garnish with fruit, and serve.
