  • 1 heaped tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp white pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • Raw oysters

Method

  1. 1 In a sauce bowl, combine salt, white pepper, chopped onion, and minced parsley.
  2. 2 Mix in olive oil, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar until blended.
  3. 3 Place a teaspoonful of the mixture on each raw oyster just before serving.
