Raw Oysters With Spicy Vinegar Mignonette
Ingredients
- 1 heaped tsp salt
- ¾ tsp white pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- ¼ cup vinegar
- Raw oysters
Method
- 1 In a sauce bowl, combine salt, white pepper, chopped onion, and minced parsley.
- 2 Mix in olive oil, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar until blended.
- 3 Place a teaspoonful of the mixture on each raw oyster just before serving.
