Raspberry White Wine Liqueur
Ingredients
- 1 lb raspberries
- 1 lb sugar
- Water (for syrup)
- Rich white wine (to taste)
Method
- 1 Bruise raspberries with a spoon and strain to extract the juice.
- 2 Dissolve the sugar in water to make a syrup, then add it to the raspberry juice in a bottle.
- 3 Stopper the bottle loosely and let it stand for 4 to 5 days.
- 4 Pour the mixture from the fruit into a basin.
- 5 Add rich white wine to taste, then bottle the liqueur.
- 6 Let it rest for one month before drinking.
