Ingredients

  • 2 cups currants, stripped from stems
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cracked ice
  • Cold water

Method

  1. 1 Mash and strain the currants to extract the juice.
  2. 2 Mash the raspberries separately.
  3. 3 Mix the currant and raspberry juices together.
  4. 4 Sweeten the mixture to taste with sugar.
  5. 5 Serve in glasses with cracked ice and a splash of cold water.
