Raspberry Currant Cooler
Ingredients
- 2 cups currants, stripped from stems
- 2 cups raspberries
- Sugar to taste
- Cracked ice
- Cold water
Method
- 1 Mash and strain the currants to extract the juice.
- 2 Mash the raspberries separately.
- 3 Mix the currant and raspberry juices together.
- 4 Sweeten the mixture to taste with sugar.
- 5 Serve in glasses with cracked ice and a splash of cold water.
