Raspberry Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pint raspberries
- 3 oz sugar
- Thin slices of bread
- A little milk
Method
- 1 Pick the stalks from the raspberries and mix them with the sugar.
- 2 Layer the raspberry mixture and bread slices alternately in a pie dish.
- 3 Moisten the bread with a little milk.
- 4 Bake for half an hour.
