Raisins And Cranberry Conserve
Ingredients
- 1 quart cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup seeded raisins
Method
- 1 Remove bruised berries from 1 quart cranberries. Place in a saucepan with 1 cup water.
- 2 Cook slowly until berries are soft, then rub through a sieve.
- 3 Return puree to saucepan and add 2 cups sugar and 1 cup seeded raisins.
- 4 Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5 Pour into a dish and set aside to cool.
